Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 November 2026

YITE Sportswear respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how this website collects, uses, stores and shares information when you browse our product catalogue or send a business inquiry. The website provides an international B2B product catalogue and inquiry service, without online checkout.

1. Who operates this website

This website is operated by Guangzhou Yite Apparel Co., Ltd. under the YITE Sportswear brand. Registered address: 3rd Floor, Building 1, Sanjiang First Industrial Zone, No. 3 Sanjiang Lisan Road, Shitan Town, Guangzhou. For questions about this website or the handling of personal information, please contact us through our Contact page.

2. Information we collect

When you submit an RFQ or contact us, we may collect:

  • Your name and business email address.
  • Your company name and country or region, if provided.
  • Your estimated order quantity.
  • The product you are asking about and the product/customization requirements you provide.
  • The page or product URL from which the inquiry was submitted.
  • Your privacy-consent response and the time the inquiry is received.

Our current RFQ form does not provide a file-upload field and does not request payment-card, bank-account or government-identification information. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the inquiry.

For basic abuse prevention, the form temporarily uses the request IP address together with the email address to limit repeated submissions. The YITE RFQ record does not permanently store the visitor IP address through this form. The hosting environment may separately create technical access logs.

3. How we use information

  • To review and respond to your product or quotation inquiry.
  • To clarify product specifications, customization requirements, quantity and delivery destination.
  • To maintain the inquiry record and related business communications.
  • To prevent spam, misuse and security incidents.
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations and resolve disputes.

Submitting an RFQ does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter or unrelated marketing campaign. Any separate marketing subscription must be made through a clearly presented subscription form.

4. Legal grounds for processing

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we process inquiry information because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a business transaction, because you have given consent through the RFQ form, because we have a legitimate interest in protecting the website and handling business communications, or because processing is required by law. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it for future processing by contacting us; this does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.

5. Where information is stored and who may receive it

RFQ information is stored in the private inquiry records of this WordPress website. Access is limited to authorized website administrators and business personnel who need the information to handle the inquiry.

We use Hostinger to host the website and its database. The website may also use the hosting environment’s email-delivery services to send inquiry notifications. These providers process information as needed to provide hosting, storage, security or message delivery.

Hostinger’s published Data Processing Addendum covers its hosting services and Hostinger Reach. It describes Hostinger’s role as a processor, its use of authorized sub-processors and the possibility of processing data outside the country of origin. See the Hostinger Data Processing Addendum for further information.

The Hostinger Reach plugin is present on the website and its embed script is loaded. The public pages inspected for this policy did not contain a Reach subscription form. If a Reach form is added and submitted in the future, the information entered into that form may be processed by Hostinger Reach for subscription and email-marketing functions, subject to its own service terms and privacy information.

We do not sell personal information. We disclose information to public authorities only where required by applicable law or a valid legal process.

6. International processing

At the time of this update, the primary WordPress hosting server for this website is on Hostinger’s US-IMM server cluster, which Hostinger identifies as being in Asheville, United States. Backup storage and supporting services may use other locations. Hostinger’s infrastructure and authorized sub-processors may process information in countries outside the country from which you access the site. We will handle such processing in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements and use required safeguards where they apply. Further information about Hostinger’s processing arrangements is available in its Data Processing Addendum.

7. How long we keep information

We keep inquiry information for as long as it is reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, manage the related business relationship, maintain relevant business records, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. When information is no longer required, we will delete it or remove identifying details where appropriate. Copies retained in hosting backups may remain until the relevant backup-retention cycle expires.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

The public pages inspected for this policy did not load Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Meta Pixel, and no Reach subscription form was present. The website may use essential WordPress, hosting and security technologies needed to operate the site and protect administrator sessions. If analytics, advertising pixels or non-essential cookies are introduced, this policy will be updated and any consent required by applicable law will be requested before those technologies are used.

9. Security

We use HTTPS and technical controls intended to protect inquiry submissions and limit spam or unauthorized access. Access to private inquiry records is restricted to authorized personnel. No website or online transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, a copy of, deletion of or restriction of the personal information we hold about you. You may also have the right to object to certain processing, request data portability, withdraw consent, or lodge a complaint with the relevant data-protection authority.

To make a privacy request, please use our Contact page and clearly describe your request. We may ask for reasonable information to verify that the request relates to you.

11. Third-party websites

Our website may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review those policies before providing information to them.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when our website, services or legal obligations change. The latest version will be posted on this page with its updated date.

13. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, contact YITE Sportswear through the Contact page.
